Which of the belly dancing classes Long Island belly dancer Kirah offers is right for you...
Why Bellydance?
Belly dancing is an enchanting art form, a fun fitness outlet and a funnel for personal development. Belly dancing classes have something to offer everyone regardless of age, physical ability or dance ability.
Besides being a unique activity (and pretty cool to boot) some belly dance benefits are:
- dancing - self/body awareness
- fitness - learning about other cultures
- self esteem - socializing
- overall happiness - "me time"
Kirah has experienced these benefits for herself and watched them bloom in others while learning how to belly dance.
